Off-Grid Renewable Energy II (ORE II) is a high-impact investment fund accelerating industrial decarbonization for global supply chains in south and south-east Asia. The fund's initial focus is on investing in Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) that provide rooftop solar solutions to commercial and industrial (C&I) clients in Bangladesh and Nepal, where solar adoption remains less than 5% of the potential.

ORE II benefits from strongly favorable market conditions, global/EU sustainability regulations and national decarbonization objectives. In the next 3 years, ORE II aims to deploy 40 MW of rooftop solar energy, helping factories cut energy costs by 20% and reduce 60,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually.
